Youth Institute publishes agreement with Barcelona Confucius Institute Foundation

The Instituto de la Juventud today published the resolution of 27 April 2026 announcing a agreement signed with the Fundació Institut Confuci de Barcelona. The agreement provides for the adoption of certain benefits for holders of the Carné Joven Europeo. The resolution was published in the Official State Gazette. (BOE-A-2026-10598)
