Catalan Parliament publishes four adopted resolutions and 30 pending proposals in BOPC 489
Official Bulletin number 489 of the Parliament of Catalonia, published today, contains four resolutions adopted by the Interior and Public Security Committee on April 22, 2026: Resolution 709/XV, urging the Government to create a support fund for local police forces with an allocation of 150 million euros; Resolution 710/XV, urging the Government to create a civil protection corps of the Generalitat within 2026 and to launch the corresponding recruitment process within the second half of 2026; Resolution 711/XV, on improving family reconciliation measures for the Mossos d'Esquadra police corps; and Resolution 720/XV, agreeing to submit to the Congress of Deputies a bill to amend procedural rules relating to the right to die with dignity. The bulletin also records the rejection of two draft resolutions and the referral to committee of more than twenty new draft resolutions, as well as agreements to hold information sessions on the alleged infiltration of Mossos d'Esquadra officers into teachers' assemblies and on measures planned in response to the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia's order to enforce the ruling against Decree 91/2024 on the linguistic regime of the non-university education system.
